Casa Principal is the main house on property, accessed by the main gate at the northeastern edge of our road with its own unique gate code. This home has an open floor plan with a large indoor/outdoor living room on the main floor, as well as a laundry room, a bathroom and one guest room which has slider door access to the main patio. 

On the second floor you'll find beautiful views both from the hallway towards the mountains and from the bedrooms, the bathrooms and the patios toward the ocean. 

Climbing the indoor or outdoor stairs to the third level, you will find an expansive rooftop lounge with plenty of room to enjoy sunrise, sunset, relaxing or exercising in the sun or the shade. There you will also find a wet bar, a sunset viewing bar with barstools and plenty of comfortable lounge seating for stargazing.
